A granite tile had come off the front edge of our kitchen countertop and simply needed to be reattached. After reaching out, he was willing to work with us on price and came out at the end of his workday — twice. He carefully cleaned and reset the tile, let it cure overnight, then returned the next day to grout and finish the job. Everything was cleaned up perfectly, and you’d never know there was an issue — the countertop looks brand new again. He was pleasant, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. This was for a complete replacement of everything from toilet to light fixtures....a new tile shower, tile floor, new vanity cabinets and quartz countertop, new soaking tub and all fixtures. Joe was extremely easy to deal with and offered many suggestions. His crew cleaned up every day and even mopped our garage floor, where they worked, when the job was over. Realize that remodeling a shower puts a contractor into an intimate part of your home, and it takes a number of days. Joe is a good and decent man that you feel comfortable with to have in your bathrooms to start out with. He is open and direct about everything he does and the cost. The showers he created for us compare to the very high end hotels. Joe is very skilled tile installer but more that he is artesian. They were originally going to just do the tile work but then ended up being able to help us out on a lot of other things that we needed done.
